Refund policy

We stand behind every AXYOM order with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund.

No return shipping. No restocking fees. Keep the bottles.

To start a refund, contact us at info@inflammabio.com with your order number. There's nothing to ship back — once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@inflammabio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to try a different AXYOM product, simply request a refund on your original order and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. For EU cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period, the product must be in the condition you received it, in original packaging. After the 14-day cooling-off period expires, our standard 90-day money-back guarantee applies.

Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@inflammabio.com.
